The course Principle of Hotel and Entrepreneurship focuses on the fundamental principles and theories of hotel management and Entrepreneurship within the Tourism and Hospitality Industry. The course content is divided into 21 sessions, covering the following key topics:
- Hotel Management: Topics include Customer Service, Room Management, Food and Beverage Services, and Human Resources management within the hotel.
- Business Planning: This covers how to create Business plans, analyze the market, and Develop Strategies for starting a business in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry.
- Entrepreneurship: Students will develop Entrepreneurial skills, learn how to start new businesses, and manage Finances and Marketing in the Hotel and Tourism business.
- Customer Service Development: This focuses on improving Customer Service skills, Effective communication, and Creating great customer experiences.
